    I've been getting back into the gym and have been experiencing lack of energy. I've been feeling exhausted and been needing that extra boost of energy.. And it seems like this product will do the job. I will definitely try this product out.

    Mo, more power to u for bringing this issue to light.. I am a big time proponent of supplement, and i have been on strict regiment religiously for the past yr. and the results that i've seen have been nothing short of thrilling...In prior yrs i never cared abt this supplements and was the under the assumption that most of this supplements were market driven products.. was i wrong or what! I felt fatigue and sluggishness on a daily basis, till the day my wife introduced me to ALPHA LIPOLIC ACID, which coms in powder form.. I mix it with 1000mg of vitamin c(also in powder form)in a glass of water every morning.. And now i have an extra jolt of energy and am bouncing of the wall..

    Am definetely gonna try OPTIMEN, just check for me if it has alpha lipolic acid, coz i swear on that sucker..we live in a very stressful world and we need to take care of our body...the diet we eat in today's life does not have the right minerals, and that's where this supplements come in handy, to replenish what we are missing..Our skin and health in general will look and feel incredible.... BRAVO MO!

    I'm tired of going through my day, feeling exhausted and lathargic. I wake up early, without a good night sleep and unfortunately have to endure all the energy sucking routines of the day. I need such a vitamin, to not only rejuvinate my energy but to also sustain it. I'm 100 % going to try this OPTIMEN.

    Oh yeah,i'm glad that it is good on the digestive system, i've had unmentionable problems in the past with other pills.

    judging by the reviews i will try Optimen vitamin. I am a very active male and need a extra kick during the day. Between work, school and social life there's no time to lack in energy. Sounds like one heck of a product
